You may notice many complaints about a particular apartment, proceed with caution.

    Will the landlord be for sale?

    You will have to ensure that your landlord will likely be available by phone/email or some sort of communication. If you have heat problems, plumbing problems etc.. you will have to contact the owner without delay so he/she can get somebody to fix the situation. You don’t wish to become without heat for too much time in winter.
